RHA Premium Detailing

To reserve your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

A valid card is required to be kept on file to book an appointment with RHA Premium Detailing.

• The card on file does not need to be your preferred payment method
• It is required to secure your appointment and protect against late cancellations or no-shows
• Promo’s or discounts are applied to final balance due invoice, at the time of job completion.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of service
• (All cards on files are charged at the end of each business day or service completion)

After your service is completed and the invoice is finalized (including any applicable taxes or adjustments), RHA Premium Detailing may charge the card on file for the remaining balance due.

If you prefer to use a different payment method for the final balance, please notify us prior to service completion.

By booking an appointment, you authorize RHA Premium Detailing to charge the card on file for the final balance once services are completed.

• After booking, you will receive an automated confirmation text
• A reminder text will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment (if booked in advance)
• Please use the link in the reminder message to confirm your appointment or contact us to reschedule if needed

Failure to confirm may result in appointment cancellation.

• One (1) complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment
• Reschedule or cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $60 late cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged up to the full amount of the scheduled service

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:

• Forfeiture of the deposit
• Additional cancellation fees
• Cancellation of the appointment
• Loss of future booking privileges with RHA Premium Detailing

These policies are in place to respect scheduled time and ensure availability for all clients.

By booking an appointment with RHA Premium Detailing, you agree to the policies outlined above.

RHA Premium Detailing

By booking and paying for services with RHA Premium Detailing, you acknowledge and agree that photo and/or video content of your vehicle may be captured during or after the detailing process.

This content may be used for:

• Before-and-after showcases
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Educational or informational purposes

• Content will focus only on the vehicle, not on clients personally
• License plates, addresses, and personal identifiers will be cropped or blurred when applicable
• Content may be used on, but is not limited to:
  • Our website
  • Social media platforms
  • Digital or print advertising

If you prefer not to have photos or videos of your vehicle used, you must notify RHA Premium Detailing in writing prior to your scheduled appointment.

Without prior written notice, consent is assumed.
